Welcome to Pennekamp Elementary School! As Principal, I am proud to welcome students and families to a caring and collaborative school community where curiosity, creativity, and connection are celebrated each day. At Pennekamp, we are committed to creating an environment where all students feel supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential both academically and personally.

As part of Manhattan Beach Unified School District, we strive to provide meaningful learning experiences that encourage critical thinking, foster strong relationships, and empower students to become confident, compassionate learners and leaders.

"Tami is a South Bay native who has taught in MBUSD for 30 years. She currently teaches 2nd grade at Pennekamp and enjoys bringing joy to students with singing daily patriotic songs as well as playing her uke at our weekly Wednesday assemblies!"
